Kiholo...not a problem!

She was working on her hula moves as well as jumping in the jumper. She's got her first move down and she even picked a spot on the wall to look at. Kumu would be so proud. spokane, wa 2007

Her Mangos

She painted a wonderful scene of mangos, but it was too small to cover the vast space that is her wall. So I took a picture of it and she is going to blow it up to make it work. kent, wa 2007

They Only Make Them in Small

Kumu was telling a story about how one of the "ladies" down at E Hula Mau wanted one of our dresses. He told her that they only came in size small, which is completely untrue, but when telling this story at Lokahi, this is the reaction he got from one of my hula sisters and it ended up with tons of laughter from the crowd. puyallup, wa 2007

Look At Her!

She is shrinking before our eyes. This was taken only 4 months after surgery and now she is even skinnier. She lost 100 pounds about a month ago and continues to shrink. I am so proud of her. She is amazing. seattle, wa 2007
